The main goal of the project is the formation of a conscious layer of the younger generation, through their involvement in the traditions of the Ukrainian people of painting eggs.

The goal of the PYSANKA project is to raise funds for the needs of children affected by the war and for the purchase of humanitarian aid and medicines in the front and near-front zones.

The PYSANKA project was implemented for the first time on April 24, 2022, with the blessing of Archbishop Vyacheslav Mokshytskyi, the Roman Catholic Metropolitan of Lviv, and the support of the Lviv Regional Administration.

On April 2023, the project was implemented again at the request of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine. More than 100 internally displaced children joined the Easter egg-painting workshops we organized in Lviv and Horodenka.

The collection of eggs painted by children and their stories were implemented in charity exhibitions.
